College Survival

Workshops that target time management, regulation, social connection, and energy conservation. Each provides real-world, adaptable skills. 

In person classes for college age individuals.

Yoga & Mindfulness

A holistic experience that combines breath work, yoga, and self-regulation activities. All workshops are in-person. 

In-person classes for children ages 4-8. 

Parenting Support

Caregivers learn to identify insecurity and worry in children. They learn how to respond effectively to guide them towards resilience, independence, and emotional regulation.

In person for parents of children ages 6 - 11. Virtual classes for parents of teens.
