Thriving for College Students

Six workshops that target time management, regulation, social connection, and energy conservation. Each provides real-world, adaptable skills. 

  • Who: Students entering or re-entering college.
  • When: Tuesdays, starting July 9th - August 13th from 10 - 11:15am (Sign up for one or more)
  • Where: In person at Rise Up in Suite 204
  • Cost: $75/workshop
  • Facilitated by: Timothy Eachus, LMSW-cc.

Topics & Dates

This workshop series is designed to be flexible. You can enroll in all, or pick and choose individual sessions that address your biggest concerns. Maybe you need a crash course on managing your time (we've got that!), or perhaps navigating social situations is your current Everest. No matter the obstacle, "College Survival Skills" equips you with the tools to turn anxieties into triumphs. So, take one session or conquer them all – you've got this! Classes are:

  • July 16th -  Building Positive Awareness
  • July 23rd - Stress versus distress?
  • July 30th - Energy Conservation and rebuilding
  • August 6th - Habit Shaping
  • August 13th - Growing Social Sphere
